DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE ONE OF THE WORST DEALERS IN LOUISIANA. They only care about selling you the car once its sold to you good luck because the customer service is Horrible. So bad I sold my car because the service and customer service was horrible. McDonalds drive thru has better customer service then Hyundai of Metairie. Honestly one of the worst dealers I have ever experienced. Bought a new 2021 Genesis G70 after a month of owning the car developed a leaking trunk. Car was there for over a month. I would call my service advisor Cara Ledet asking for an update and was always sent to voicemail saying I would get a callback and never did. Only time they called was to say the car was ready for pickup. Once I received it back after being fixed the trunk was still leaking water. The second time they kept the car for a month I would call and ask for updates only to be pushed aside to voicemail saying ill get a call back. I never got a call back. The only time they called me was to say they couldn't find the leak. I was so fed up with this dealership I sold my new car after buying it in May 2021 and sold it November 2021.

My car sat 2wks before they touched it then I gets a phone call asking where is my key, key came up missing. I was lied to saying another one will be overnighted. I called to check status left several messages no one returned my call.. I had to borrow my Mother's vehicle to go there to get told my key never made it. THE couldn't tell me anything over the phone they were ignoring my messages. Communication is horrible. My car ended up being there 6wks. After 6wks I picked up my car the very next day my engine light came back on. I brought it back they call me a few hour saying your car ready. Spoke to the service manager he stated the light just needed to be reset after I told them the message from o'riely. That was completely ignored.So I went got my Car. After picking my car up the next day it started leaking green fluid, had to bring back. Car sat for a week. Come to find out the problem was what I stated from the start which was from O'Reilly. So from September to November my car was there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

I went in for my first complimentary maintenance on my 1 year old car which should have included an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they do not rotate the tires with the first oil change even though my car manual said otherwise. During this same visit, they replaced the wrong part on my car. I was told that they would order me the correct part and ship it to a dealership closer to my home which never happened. At this point, I have given up with them and will not be returning. Very upsetting since this was my first time stopping by for service.

The service was terrible. I had to wait four days for my car to be looked at and another 6 days before I was able to get a rental car approved through Hyundai. I work across the lake so it was very hard for me to find a ride or borrow someone’s car. After two months of Hyundai having my car to replace the engine I finally get it back only to have more problems. When I got home from picking up my car I noticed that the fan was still running but I didn’t really think anything of it. The next day on my way home from work, my engine overheated message came up on the Causeway bridge! Luckily I was able to make it off the bridge without getting into an accident or the car blowing up on me. I called the service department to let them know what had happened and told them I would bring my car in on Monday morning since it was a Friday evening. When I brought my car on Monday after waiting for over two hours it was discovered that a clamp wasn’t tightened and the coolant was leaking out. I then left and noticed that my car smelled of gas. When I picked up my son from school about 4 hours later the gas smell was so strong so I immediately went back to Hyundai. It was then discovered that the fuel pump was laying on top of the engine!!! Talk about a real danger!! I’m very disappointed in how the service department handled my case and my car still smells of gas but the service manager told me that it would take a while for the gas to burn and the smell to go away.

Bought a new 2021 Genesis G70 after a month of owning the car developed a leaking trunk. Car was there for over a month. I would call my service advisor Cara Ledet asking for an update and was always sent to voicemail saying I would get a callback and never did. Only time they called was to say the car was ready for pickup. Once I received it back after being fixed the trunk was still leaking water. The second time they kept the car for a month I would call and ask for updates only to be pushed aside to voicemail saying ill get a call back. I never got a call back. The only time they called me was to say they couldn't find the leak. I was so fed up with this dealership I sold my new car after buying it in May 2021 and sold it November 2021.

My car sat 2wks before they touched it then I gets a phone call asking where is my key, key came up missing. I was lied to saying another one will be overnighted. I called to check status left several messages no one returned my call.. I had to borrow my Mother's vehicle to go there to get told my key never made it. THE couldn't tell me anything over the phone they were ignoring my messages. Communication is horrible. My car ended up being there 6wks. After 6wks I picked up my car the very next day my engine light came back on. I brought it back they call me a few hour saying your car ready. Spoke to the service manager he stated the light just needed to be reset after I told them the message from o'riely. That was completely ignored.So I went got my Car. After picking my car up the next day it started leaking green fluid, had to bring back. Car sat for a week. Come to find out the problem was what I stated from the start which was from O'Reilly. So from September to November my car was there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

I went in for my first complimentary maintenance on my 1 year old car which should have included an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they do not rotate the tires with the first oil change even though my car manual said otherwise. During this same visit, they replaced the wrong part on my car. I was told that they would order me the correct part and ship it to a dealership closer to my home which never happened. At this point, I have given up with them and will not be returning. Very upsetting since this was my first time stopping by for service.
